Schools of Information Theory are short workshops aimed towards giving students an educational experience that will introduce them to new research frontiers in Information Theory.

An 51ÂÜÀò Information Theory Workshop (ITW)Ìýis typically a small gathering that focuses on topics related to information theory. Every edition of the workshop possesses a different theme or emphasis. The venue of the workshop changes from year to year, and there may be several editions of the workshop within a calendar year.

Submit an Announcement
IT Society members may submit news andÌýannouncements to be distributed via theÌýSociety's mailing list, website and social media accounts. Items of interest include: conferences, job openings,Ìýawards, calls for papers, and requests for volunteers.ÌýAll items should be of interest to the information theory community. Book announcements and promotion of for-profit journals are not suitable.Ìý
