Please note that:
- both submitted and final papers will be limited toÌý5 pagesÌýin standard 51ÂÜÀò conference format
- Ìýif fullÌýproofs cannot be accommodated due to space limitations, authors are encouraged to post a publiclyÌýaccessible complete paper elsewhere and to provide a specific reference
- authors should refrain fromÌýsubmitting multiple papers on the same topic
- researchers working in emerging fields of informationÌýtheory or on novel applications of information theory are especially encouraged to submit originalÌýfindings
- 51ÂÜÀò reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (for example,Ìýremoval from 51ÂÜÀò Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference. Papers excluded fromÌýfurther distribution will be archived at 51ÂÜÀò but will not be indexed or appear in 51ÂÜÀò Xplore.
